Berman & Simmons Attorneys Travis Brennan and Jodi Nofsinger Present at Maine State Bar Association Conference

Berman & Simmons attorneys Travis Brennan and Jodi Nofsinger will present “New Strategies to Build Your Case For Trial” at the 2021 MSBA Winter Bar Conference.

The presentation will provide several new strategies attorneys can use to strengthen their future cases for trial. The discussion will include the creation and use of illustrations, timelines, and animations; focus groups; and the development of core truths during discovery as they relate to issues of liability and damages. Attorney Brennan addressed the topic of core truths in his article “Three Lessons Learned from Recent Jury Trials.”
