Cases We Do Not Handle

Our specialty is personal injury law. We help clients move forward after serious injury.

As Maine’s largest and most widely respected personal injury law firm, our goal is to seek justice and compensation for people who have suffered catastrophic and life-altering injuries or died prematurely due to the negligence of others. Our trial attorneys specialize exclusively in Plaintiff lawsuits in civil cases involving medical errors, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, dangerous or unsafe property, defective products, and sex abuse. We do not handle defense cases.

If you’ve been seriously injured and have questions about these potential cases, don’t hesitate to contact us. Our Intake team will do a preliminary screening which will then be reviewed by a lawyer, all for free. If your case is accepted, we work on a contingency basis, which means you do not owe a fee unless we recover for you.
