Faunce and Brennan speak to Maine Law students about medical malpractice

Berman & Simmons attorneys Susan Faunce and Travis Brennan gave a presentation titled “Medical Malpractice Cases in Maine: How it Works” to students at the University of Maine School of Law on Tuesday, Nov. 1.

The attorneys discussed how to evaluate cases, Maine’s mandatory pre-litigation screening process, and the effect of panel decisions.

Faunce (class of 2006) and Brennan (class of 2009) are both graduates of the University of Maine School of Law, and have remained actively engaged with the law school.
