Berman & Simmons Attorney Susan Faunce Leads Discussion at Maine State Bar Association Conference

Berman & Simmons attorney Susan Faunce, in her role as the Chair of the Medical Legal Committee of the Maine State Bar Association (MSBA), will facilitate a panel presentation at the MSBA Winter Conference entitled, “2020-2021 Review of the Medical Legal Code of Cooperation: A Report of the Medical-Legal Committee.”

The panel of physicians and attorneys will delve into the challenges that each encounter in legal settings that require physician testimonies and participation, with a focus on finding ways for doctors and lawyers to cooperate to promote the best interests of clients and patients. The discussion is driven by survey data collected by the Maine State Bar Association and Maine Medical Association.

The event takes place January 27, 2021 at 2:00-3:00 p.m. via Zoom.
