Berman & Simmons Attorney Jodi Nofsinger Recognized by Super Lawyers

New England Super Lawyers has selected Berman & Simmons attorney Jodi Nofsinger in its Top 100: 2018 New England Super Lawyers List and its Top 50: 2018 Women New England Super Lawyers List. This is Nofsinger’s seventh consecutive year being selected in the directory, which recognizes the top five percent of lawyers for individual excellence in their practice areas.

Nofsinger has contributed to the firm’s personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death practices since joining the firm in 1997. In addition, she has represented clients in a variety of civil rights cases. Nofsinger also is active in the community, serving on the board of directors for the ACLU of Maine and the Maine Trial Lawyers Association.
