Berman and Simmons Sponsors National Trial Competition

The law firm Berman and Simmons continues to demonstrate its commitment to the community by sponsoring the New England Regional Tournament of the National Trial Competition hosted by The University of Maine School of Law February 7-10, 2019.

The competition was established in 1975 to give up-and-coming law students the opportunity to gain experience in trial practice, help them to hone their skills in a realistic courtroom simulation and interact with professional members of the bench and bar. The sponsorship by Berman and Simmons and other local law firms helps to support Maine Law as it hosts participants from leading law schools around the country. The Competition has over 140 participants nationally.
