Berman and Simmons Attorney Mike Bigos Spoke at National Trial Lawyers Meeting on Helping Sex Abuse Victims

Berman and Simmons attorney Mike Bigos presented at the American Association for Justice’s (AAJ) annual convention. He spoke on finding insurance coverage for victims of sexual abuse and how to win cases against universities, churches, the Boy Scouts, the Salvation Army, and others.

3,000 trial lawyers from across the country attended the meeting in San Diego July 27-30, 2019.

Bigos is the Immediate Past-president of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association and is on the AAJ Board of Governors. The mission of the AAJ is to preserve the right to fair jury trials and fight for all victims of negligence or misconduct to obtain justice through the legal system.
