$22M Verdict in Defective Products case

Berman & Simmons achieved a $22.5 million jury verdict in a personal injury lawsuit brought on behalf of  an electrical utility lineman who suffered bilateral, below-the-knee amputations resulting from a defective product used in high-voltage electrical operations. The jury verdict followed a three-week trial, and is a record-setting verdict in New England.
