Trucking Case Resulting in Death of a Firefighter
Attorney Travis Brennan filed a Complaint in the Aroostook County Superior Court on behalf of a widow whose husband was killed when the driver of a box truck crossed the center line and crushed the decedent’s vehicle. The decedent had devoted 32 years to working as a Firefighter/Paramedic for Caribou Fire and Ambulance and had attained the rank of Captain.

Paralysis Case from Delay in Diagnosis
Attorney Travis Brennan recently filed a Complaint in the Aroostook County Superior Court on behalf of a client who was left paralyzed following a delay in diagnosis and treatment of a thoracic calcification that was causing spinal cord compression. As result of the delay, the client is a paraplegic who has a neurogenic bladder and bowel.
