  • Step 1: Free Preliminary Intake Screening (10-15 minutes) When you call, you'll speak with our receptionist who will connect you with an Intake Specialist. They'll gather essential information about your potential case, including details about the incident, your injuries, healthcare providers, and other parties involved. Our Intake Specialists cannot provide legal advice but will collect the information needed for attorney review.
  • Step 2: Attorney Case Review Our Intake Specialist will send a summary of your case to one of our experienced attorneys for evaluation. The attorney will determine if your case is viable based on negligence, causation, and damages. If more information is needed, the attorney or their team will contact you directly.
  • Step 3: Case Decision Within a few business days, we'll notify you of our decision. If we accept your case, we'll schedule an initial meeting to discuss next steps and answer your questions. If we decline, we'll let you know and may provide referrals when appropriate.
  • Complete Confidentiality: All discussions remain confidential throughout this process, whether or not you decide to move forward.

From Maine Turnpike (Interstate 95)

Take Exit 80/Lewiston and bear left (coming from the South) or right (coming from the North) off the exit ramp onto Alfred Plourde Parkway. At the light, go straight and take the exit ramp following Rt. 196 West onto Lisbon St. Proceed to the 8th set of lights at the corner of Lisbon and Ash Streets (Lisbon St. eventually turns into a one-way street). We are the 2nd building on the left after the Ash St. light.

From Augusta Route 202

In Lewiston, from Central Maine Medical Center, take a left after the 5th light onto Canal St. / Rt. 196 (one way). Take a left after the Centerville Parking Garage onto Pine St. At the light take a left onto Lisbon St. (one way). We are the 2nd building on the left after the Ash St. light.

From Gray, Route 202, 100, 11, through Auburn

In Auburn, from the corner of Minot Ave. and Court St., take a right and continue on Court St. / Rt. 202, 11, 100 North/East through 3 lights. Cross of the Longley Memorial Bridge into Lewiston. Turn right at the 2nd light onto Canal St., Rt. 196 (one way). Take a left after the Centerville Parking Garage onto Pine St. At the light take a left onto Lisbon St. (one way). We are the 2nd building on the left after the Ash St. light.

From Turner, Route 4, through Auburn

Follow Rt. 4 onto Rt. 202/100 North/East. After the Shaw’s plaza, turn left at the light and cross over the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge into Lewiston, following Rt. 202, 126, 96. Bear right and at the light turn right onto Main St., Rt. 202, 11, 100. From Central Maine Medical Center, take a left after the 5th light onto Canal St. / Rt. 196 (one way). Take a left after the Centerville Parking Garage onto Pine St. At the light take a left onto Lisbon St. (one way). We are the 2nd building on the left after the Ash St. light.

Lewiston Parking

Limited parking is available on Lisbon St. (not metered), Ash St. (metered), or in the Centerville Parking Garage with entrances on Ash and Canal Street.
