Berman & Simmons recently tried back-to-back premises liability cases in Oxford County, delivering dual victories to our clients. In both instances, the large jury verdicts achieved were many times what insurance adjusters had offered to resolve the cases prior to trial. These outstanding results demonstrate the firm's success across Maine, including in Maine's most rural counties where juries have historically been reluctant to award significant damages.
