Attorney Susan Faunce of Berman & Simmons has been named by Benchmark Litigation to the first ever “Under 40 Hot List,” a new accolade meant to honor the achievements of the nation’s most accomplished legal shareholders of the age of forty or younger.
The national list of attorneys was compiled by Benchmark through a process of peer review and case examination. Here’s a link to the full list.
Faunce represents people who have been harmed by medical malpractice and dangerous drugs and medical devices. She serves as co-chairperson of the Women’s Law Section, Maine State Bar Association. Faunce is a member of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, and serves on the board of the Robbie Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides adaptive equipment and therapy services for children with special needs.
