This key executive role oversees the firm’s financial strategy, reporting, and planning while ensuring operational excellence across Accounting, IT, Facilities, and Service departments. The Director of Finance & Operations (DFO) serves as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director, helping the firm achieve its mission through ethical, efficient, and data-driven decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in a professional services setting
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and use analytics to drive performance
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
