Travis Brennan and Daniel Kagan were featured speakers for a presentation titled “How We Use Experts.” Susan Faunce presented on “Mass What? An Overview of Mass Tort Cases, How They Are Litigated, Sample Cases, Emerging Issues and Trends.” Faunce and Bigos also discussed some of the notable verdicts and trial stories from 2017.
