Daniel G. Kagan of Berman & Simmons honored with prestigious justice association award

Esq., governor of the American Association for Justice, has been awarded the association’s prestigious Wiedemann Wysocki National Finance Counsel Award. Attorney Kagan is one of only a few recipients nationwide selected to receive the award, which honors attorneys for their commitment to their profession and support for improving the civil justice system.

The Wiedemann Wysocki award was established in honor of Fritz Wiedemann and James Anthony Wysocki, two New Orleans-based attorneys and active American Association for Justice members who died in a plane crash while traveling to an American Association for Justice event.
