Berman & Simmons Trek Across Maine team raises over $6,000

Berman & Simmons, the leading personal injury and medical malpractice law firm in Maine, helped raise over $6,000 for the 2018 Trek Across Maine, a three-day cycling event that benefits the American Lung Association (ALA).

The Berman & Simmons team, pictured above, began the ride on June 15th at Sunday River and finished on June 17th in Belfast, ME. The 180-mile tour takes riders through Farmington and Colby College in Waterville. All money raised goes to the American Lung Association, the leading organization dedicated to improving lung health and preventing lung disease through research, education and advocacy. The ALA supports those living with asthma, lung cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and fighting external threats to lung health such as air pollution, tobacco and more.

“The Trek provided a great experience for our team while also supporting a great organization” said Craig Bramley, managing director at Berman & Simmons. “I’m very proud of the fundraising our team was able to accomplish for the American Lung Association, an operation that contributes significantly to lung education and research.”
